I developed a crush on this guy a couple years ago, he then became a part of my circle of friends ( 3 other guys, I'm the only girl) Shortly after, I asked him to prom (he was a year younger, so I had too) and he happily accepted. That's when the flirting seemed to start. He would smile to me whenever we passed each other in the hallway, and one time he even tapped my butt with his binder as he walked by haha. Anyways, during prom he kept calling me pretty/sexy.
That was a year and a half ago, since then there has been more little things that not worth going into detail too (trying to keep this as short as possible), Whenever he'd get drunk he would always be all over like laying on top of me, holding my hand, kissing my cheek. I'm not much of a drinker myself but i've heard that some of your true feelings come out when drunk, at least for some people.
He also loves to tease me to know end and we get in play fights a lot. Though, he is also a big flirt, but to me it just seems different. And sometimes it doesn't really seem like he likes me.
So now he is at college, 3 hours away. He came back home last week and said we'd hang out the whole weekend. Needless to say he bailed every night, but not for bad reasons. I got kind of peeved and sent him a snippy text and we had a MINI argument, if you can even call it that. The next day I come home to a message that says this…
"I apologize for not seeing you this weekend. If you believe me or not, I was helping my brother during the "crunch-time" before the election. I also had a lab that I am still not done with(it's kicking my butt). I'm not trying to make excuses but I hope you understand. I should have made more time to see my bestfriend, you. Hopefully you will understand. Skype me soon, myliu"
I then found out that "myliu" means "I love you" in lithuanian.
A bit after that I wrote a facebook survey, in that note I said how i've been down lately and what not and he left this comment
"Love you britt! cheer up! We will go to canada and have the bestest time and it will make your year. dont forget your friends even though they might be stupid sometimes. skype ya l8r"
And that brings us up to date, I'll see him a few weeks, we are going to canada!
Do you guys think he likes me? I really can't tell sometimes. His actions are definitely way different than the other guys in my group of friends. Please give me opinions.
