Ok, so every time I (try) to retract my foreskin, I can't see the head of my penis. If I do so wish to see it, I have to retract it really far, but it hurts like hell. When I was born, my foreskin never got cut. So, what should I do?

If it hurts that may be a problem in which you need to see a doctor.
As for as i know, the foreskin should be able to go back with no discomfort.

See a doctor. My foreskin always easily retracted. It was a bit weird at first, but hey, you gotta clean your dick so you have to be able to retract it.
See a doctor.

i used to have this a bit when i first started wanking but it kind of loosened up. when i'm really hard its still a bit tight the last little bit but not enough to worry me. i'd definitelyl see a doctor likes been said, but dont assume you have to get it cut there are some things you can do to stretch the skin slowly over time i think but just dont mess around yourself in case you tear the skin and end up with it healing badly or something.

See a doctor- sounds like the skin's a bit tight. Usually they can give you advice on how to stretch it out slowly. Don't be embarrassed about asking your folks to take you to see the doctor for that- it's pretty important. In most cases it can be stretched out- and from what it sounds like, it's probably not bad enough to need a circumcision.
