ok, so about 2/3 times a day, i do 20-30 pull-ups (depending on which type i do, with my palm facing me i can do 30 and palm out i can do 20) and i do +/- 200 situps, and 20- 3 count fin kicks (laying down on your back and "kicking" up and down slowly. sounds stupid, but it is used in the Coast Guard Rescue Swimmer school and spec ops green beret and ranger diver school, so it is real, and really can work your upper abs) and have toned my self up FAST. i have always been very strong, but i now have a much better 6 pack and a lot greater upper body strength, but when ever i lift heavy objects, i.e. 2 large scuba cylinders, my face seems to "strain" and it looks like im flexing my cheeks and stuff. it looks and feels weird and i cant rlly control it...
does this happen to you?
what should i do about it, like a special exercise, or what?
