Anytime I start Chrome I get a message saying
"Windows - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click on OK to terminate the application."
I've tried restarting the computer and once I started chrome that came up. Chrome will not load anything now.

Right click on the Chrome icon and select properties and add "--no-sandbox" to the end of Target
("C:\Documents and Settings\...\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --no-sandbox)
From here... (http://chromespot.com/forum/google-chrome-troubleshooting/178-windows-application-error-0xc0000022.html)
Google's not showing much progress on this, it wouldn't hurt to try it.

Okay, it worked..But now Chrome is telling my Stability and Security will suffer from --no-sandbox.
Oh, well. Better then nothing. lol
Thank you. =3

You're welcome :D
I would just ignore the warning, unless something bad happens as a side effect.
