Where: My finger, a few times.
How old were you: All from the ages...8 to 12.
How did it happen: First time was because I was awesome and tried to snowboard on a sled. With no snow. And I fell. Playing basketball, the second time. Third time I got it shut in a car door.

Have you ever been knocked unconscious: Not really, I don't think. I was awake I think for a period of time, but I have no memory of it at all. I was also heavily medicated then, so that may have been it.
For how long: I honestly don't know. I remember certain things, but they don't make sense. There are like 3 days where I can't piece things together.
How old were you: 16.
How did it happen: I have a blood disorder that wasn't responding to any of the medications I was given, then all of the sudden my body basically shut down from all of them in my system at once.

Have you ever had surgery: Yeah.
What kind: I had my adenoids removed, tubes in my ears, and another thing this spring, I think.
How old were you: 5 and 16.
Why: First time was simple adenoids removed, tubes in my ears to improve my hearing and keep me from getting ear infections. This spring, my blood disorder (same time as when I have no memory of a few days) I'm pretty sure I was in surgery when I had a huge needle stuck in my spine to do something. And I also had a biopsy of my hip bone...or bone marrow or something. I don't know honestly.

How old were you: 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and counting. :P
How long were you in for: 5: Just day surgery. 10-16: Anywhere from 2 days to a week and a half.
Why: I've got a blood disorder. Sometimes I don't react to the medication (Obviously, as with this spring!) and I have to be kept until my levels are normal. Other times I can be in and out in an hour if my levels shoot back up, luckily.

Why: i have leukemia since one week after 12 birthday - doctor found out when i was in hospital for the golf ball. blood test - and every week take blood test -- having leukemia is no fun - on many meds. slows me down most of the time - can no longer take sports whcih sucks - and only light sports in PE at school -- can no longer take judo which i love -
