Messed up knee.

Howdy unluckily for me I popped my kneecap out of place this morning, was right knee and it went to the side of my leg. It went back in place when I got up but now I'm in brace. Turns out I have loose kneecaps. I'm going into physical strengthening stuff at Rebound. But if that doesn't work I may need surgery. Does anyone have any advice on how I can help beyond Rebound and did this happen to anyone else?

It's happened to one of my friends but she didn't have to get surgery they only gave her a knee brace but she has to wear it for six months now.

I think that's what happened to this guy at my school. He didn't need surgery but he needs a brace and an MRI.

Yea they said they make take an MRI to see if anything is messed up that they didnt notice. I just hope everything turns out ok, I dont want this shooting down my chance of getting in the military.
