Do you know her over the internet or in person?
I would be careful with the internet you never know who is who.
Also if you two have an argument she will have a video/picture of you if you decide to send it.

She sounds like she knows what she wants..... I think you have to decide what you want and how far you want to go with her.

It's completely up to you. There are a lot of risks with "sexting" at your age, especially since you're only 13. If something happens to this "friendship" you both have potentially incriminating photos of each other. If these photos get leaked, that's child porn and you're the victim(s) Sexting is basically a huge mess that is going to get milked by whatever means necessary. There's always what-ifs and such but just be aware of the consequences, what if someone got a hold of her phone or her computer? Child porn is a black market and it's a tricky and complicated mess.

If you want to get legal.... it is considered Child Pornography and can be arrested if caught with it, even if you are a minor yourself. So if you get one of her, you should delete it immediately and you should NOT send her one of you. Heck, she could be doing that to get one of you to black mail you later. Who knows? But my main point is, it is a felony crime.

I know it's not the most moral thing to do but you should get a screenshot or even a screen capture of whatever she does. Just so that if you do it and she does release things you can do the same...
If you know her in real life and you trust her I'd go for it. No harm in it really, I've done it before.

Yes, so is just looking at porn when you're under 16/18/21. It doesn't stop people from doing it, just like having sex when you're under age. There are some laws that people just break regularly... this is one of them.

would i do it? no, i'm paranoid about releasing anything on the internet. but that's just me. if you really really seriously trust her and for some reason can't do this in person or over the phone, okay then.

I would suggest you not to. Unless you really trust her and know her very well, you should keep your body to yourself.

Lots of risks, my friend. If anyone happened to ever find them you could get into lots of trouble. Also your phone company probably has logs of this kinda stuff so I would rather be safe than sorry.

what ever you do dont because all it takes is her parent seeing it and you are screwed. Also yes it is child pornography and it is a different crime that a minor watching porn this is a crime that you can serve time in jail for and at your age you are almost guaranteed to get caught when people start talking (yes people will find out you cant go to the bathroom in middle school without the whole school knowing about it) Delete anything she sends you and ask her to stop or you also are at risk of imprisonment

Yes, but the thing we're talking about here is porn. Its completely different to a 13 year old sending nude photos of themselves to another person. Most people in adult porn movies watched by teenagers are over the age of 18. Having under age sex is something the majority of kids do now. However similar it may be to sending nude photos, it can't be used to exploit someone. For example as said above is this person was to fall out with the OP, the photos can be used to blackmail and possibly force him into other things.

BAD idea. Don't get involved in that crap at all. I can do nothing but turn out bad. People that do this (I'm sorry if I make anyone made) aren't very bright. Not only is it something that can get you in a lot of trouble, but do you really want stuff like that circulating around?

Dont get involved because if you get caught with child porn you can be arrested and put on the sex offenders list which will impact on the job you want in the futur.

Don't do it, and delete the pictures she sent you. It is considered a federal crime to keep them, and it is punishable by law. I know this because I recently spoke to a police officer who specializes in sexting/cyber bulling. It was at a Student Advisory Board meeting.

How about to avoid all of this pornography law nonsense, just show her in real life.
Kids and their technology, so silly sometimes.

That's actually a pretty good point. If you want to do it so much...

Don't do it!!! if she's caught with picture of you it is consider distributing and possession of Child pornography. Which if yoiur convicted of can land you in jail for an up ward of 3-25 years. Not to menchion you'll have a record saying that you are a child pronograoh and can not live near children or school and you'll have to alert all your negidors everytime you move that you are a convicted child pornographer. so just don't do it delete her picture and keep your body to yourself.

I'd show her in person so if things get nasty she doesn't have any photographic proof.

don't do it electronically. there was a news story here where a girl had her phone confiscated by the teacher, and they actually went into her phone and found naked pics of the guy (i think it was that way round) and basically even though they basically stole her phone and went through it without her permission she's now a sex offender. wtf?
