Not very descriptive.
Is it soar throat, cold, sinus infection..What?
If it's your nose being clogged that keeping you from singing, try eating really Spicy Soup before you sing, your sinuses will clear up. Other then that...I have nothing else to run off of.

Yeah there's not a lot of information to help you, other than spicy food and chicken soup.

I'm sorry. I don't really no how you can sound your best in just 2 days. Hopefully, if you explain you are sick, they will let you try out again another day. Also you could try soup. Maybe just rest and fluids are the best combination.

To the rescue!

Depending on what you have, I have a few recommendations. First of all, though, do not tell them that you're sick. They will know that you're sick, and saying that your sick just makes it look like you're making an excuse. The judges probably will be knowledgeable in singing and will have ears that can tell if you're just a little under the weather.

Stuffy nose:
-Boil some water, then pour it into a bowl. Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head and the bowl to keep it insulated. Sit there for a while and usually the steam will help you nose unclog.
-Mucinex or another medicine
-Learn acupressure to unclog your sinuses. I find it helps a lot.

Sore throat/cough:
-Lots and lots of cough drops and take some cough syrup :)
-See if you can get to the store to pick up some "Throat Coat" tea. It supports throat health and I find that even if you're not sick, a cup of this with some lemon or honey will help with any audition, sick or not.

Also, fluids and vitamin C.
