Well, it depends on the girl. Everyone is different. But if they see a really bad side of you, they're going to think bad things. If they see you doing something good, they're going to think good things. Don't stereotype girls because you think a couple girls just don't like you and won't change their view.

Of course they change their views, all humans do. I think women, contrary to men, are more easily fooled when it comes to other humans. Therefore, a lot of the time, they are cautious when meeting people (or seeing someone change) in order to overcompensate. As long as you give a good first impression, or make up for a bad one, anyone is sure to change their view of you.

I think that the way girls are raised and the things that their parents tell them kind of makes them wary of guys. You hear or get the opinion that guys are more prone to do violent things, since guys are stereotyped as the 'tougher' sex (I'm not saying they are, but that's a common opinion). Plus, guys are more confusing to them than girls. So by nature I think that girls are more reluctant to trust guys than they are girls. They may not like you right now, but once they get to know you they may change their minds. It's not as if it's impossible for them to change their views on someone.

I know that some of my best friends who are girls, thought I was unattractive, boring, annoying, and stupid. Now they love to talk and hang out with me. Now, I bet your talking about if a girl you like has a bad first impression of you, will their opinion change. The answer is still yes. Just because they might think you're nothing special, once people get to know you, they realize you are something more than just special.
