As an avid poster on the Ramblings of The Wise, I can clearly agree with that.

I am not we, so I cannot speak for our. I can speak for myself, however, and though I am emotional, I am introspective enough to uncover my deeper justifications for the way I feel about things. To me, emotion and intellect are one in the same.

to have intellect without emotion means the intellect is wasted to have emotion without intellect makes is what makes a fool. i believe that the intellect and emotion are evenly integrated in our way of life

It depends on the person. Some people rely on intellect more than emotion, and vice versa. A person who spends his day at home doing math problems instead of socializing relies on intellect, as a person who voted for Bush in 2004 based because he believes in God relies on emotion.

There are things that should be taken objectively. Not everything should be dictated by emotions. Emotion, to me, is biased.

I think that it depends on the person. Some people let their emotions rule them, and rarely use intellect to guide them. For instance I've had the same argument with more than one person before; they'll think that when you're in love sometimes you can't use your intellect, and you rely on your emotion purely. Personally I say that that's ridiculous, and you're prone to get hurt if that's how you do things. Intellect is required to have healthy emotions. It's more important to think with your head then your heart.
