I feel even more obsessive about this counting calories than I did when I was just going about my old business with anorexia. Before, I was focused on eating things that had no fat, so when I did eat, it was a couple strawberries or something.
I want to get back on my feet. I'm supposed to be at 47 kilos atleast... and I'd like to get that far. Though I'm thinking 50...
I've gained 2 kilos. I mean, I feel great. Really. I just feel increasingly nervous about this. I was at a steady level, and I worry that I might relapse easier...
*sigh* My anxiety is killing me.
But I don't look in the mirror anymore. Last time I did was about three weeks ago. Every time I do, I get discouraged. Why do I look so fat, but everyone else is so beautiful? Even the ones that are much heavier than me are beautiful and skinny in my eyes.

Hey look its ok to want to take care of yourself and not eatinf fatty food but once in a while its not bad, you have to always see yourself as the most beautiful person in the world!! I dont know by person but if you are the one in the picture you are so pretty! love urself and dont loose confidence because that is what helps us accept who we are!

if and when you do look in the mirror you will start to think bad things... i'm fat.. i';m ugly.. you need to stop those thoughts automatically and say at least 3 good things about yourself, do this every time you look into the mirror. i know it sounds annoying and stupd but it can work. when your gaining back the weight you will gain more than you would have normally if you dind't starve yourself. remeber that you can lose the weight if you keep a normal diet. because your body thinks you might starve itself, it's going to hold onto it as fat, as soon as it relizes, hey... she's not starving me anymore, you will lose this. do no... do not weigh yourself at all for a few months, this wll help you in your recovery. remeber its not whats on the outside that matters but on the inside. you are beutiful, and you will recover :) you will get through this. good luck hun pm me if you need me

I did the mirror thing today. Though I stood there for about ten minutes trying to come up with things. I know it'll take time.
Thanks :)
