I dont dream, I never dream. Yeah I know that everyone dreams something every night and just cant remember it, and I guess thats what it is. Anyway, I havent had a dream since I was like 9, and just out of the blue I get a dream. An extremely disturbing and very sad dream.
Somehow I was pregnant, and I dont know how. So I have this baby inside of me and I dont know what to do, I have no where to go. I end up telling my parents and they say I only have one choice. An abortion. Now this is weird because my mom is WAY against abortions, and its also weird because I would never even be in this situation in the first place! Okay so they say either I get an abortion or I get kicked out. So what else am I supposed to do? I get the abortion, and when I leave, all this blood is on me, its everywhere and everywhere I walk I leave a trail of bright red blood. I get so sad in the dream that I cant talk to anyone, all I can think of is that unborn baby.
Now is that not disturbing? I have no idea why I dreamed about having an abortion but it affected me so much that I wrote a poem about it. But I feel really sad about it, why would I dream something like this??

Are you living some event in your life related to abortions (like a friend getting one, for example)?
If not, it may just be one of these random dreams. I have a recurring dream (since I was 7) where I go down a slide and get eaten by a cyclops at the end, then it starts back and it's like that until I wake up. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Sure is disturbing, though.

Nope, none of my friends have had an abortion or even been pregnant. I have no idea why this is on my mind, really. I just wish I didnt have to dream about it, it makes me cry. I dont like crying, I hate it actually.

Sometimes when your mind is in a certain state, it likes to manifest itself in dreams. Were you any sadder than usual that day?

I dont even remember, it was a couple of days ago - my days are so similar its hard to seperate them. All I know really is that when I woke up from the dream, the image of the blood trailing from me, stayed in my mind the whole day. I can still see it.

Do you fear death or blood? The way the dream was depicted was perhaps a reflexion of your fears. The subconscious works in funny ways.
Also, you might want to think about symbolism. I can't help you there, since I'm not you. But you can try to think about something inside of you that was/is being destroyed by exterior forces, for example.

Im not really afraid of blood, it doesnt make me sick just to see it or anything.
But I am afraid of death. Not really how I die but what happens after. That's probably one of the only reasons I havent killed myself, because I dont know what happens next. I dont know anything about it, and Im not ready to go there. I want to believe in heaven, but believing in anything is hard for me these days. I believe in God, but why does he let me feel these things constantly?

It's a weird analogy, but nobody really know what they do with killed babies...(at least I don't). I imagine just trashing them would start to stink after a while.
If God wanted us to live perfectly and without obstacles, He would have created us like robots, or made us directly go to Heaven. Treat what you go through as a way "to win your Heaven" as the French idiom goes. You might think some people have it easier than others : not really. Everyone has their obstacles, some have them sooner and some have them later. My obstacles are a consistant solitude, tons of fears and insecurities and poor self-esteem. But I'm not worried, as I'm certain I will win my Heaven, and you shouldn't be worried about your time on Earth being hard either. The best has yet to come ;D
And who knows, it might get better a little farther in time. Maybe you'll be the CEO of a great multinational who wins enough money to be able to wipe with 1000$ bills. Maybe you'll be sort sort of scientist, a revolutionary in any aspect, or whatever. Don't get down now, as I said, the best has yet to come.
Whoops, drifted off a tangent. I really think you should ponder the ins and outs of that dream if you want, as depressing as it might be, you might learn a little more about yourself.

I did a quick search, and this is what I found about people who dream in abortions...
To dream that you have an abortion, suggests that you are hindering and blocking your own growth. You may be hesitant in pursuing a new direction in your life. The dream may also be a reflection of your own real-life abortion. And thus serve as a way of healing from the trauma and working towards self-acceptance.
This dream may also be a message for you to take care and look after your health.
and blood...
To see blood in your dream, represents life, love, and passion as well as disappointments. If you see the word "blood" written in your dream, then it may refer to some situation in your life that is permanent and cannot be changed.
To dream that you are bleeding or losing blood, signifies that you are suffering from exhaustion or that you are feeling emotionally drained. It may also denote bitter confrontations between you and your friends. Your past actions has come back to haunt you. Women often dream of blood or of someone bleeding shortly before or during their periods and when they are pregnant.
To dream that something is written in blood, represents the energy you have put into a project. You have invested so much effort into something that you are not willing to give it up.
To dream that you are drinking blood, indicates that you have a fresh burst of vitality and power.
hopefully I helped :)

Yeah someday I hope to be a surgeon, a really good one.
And thanks miguel, that really did help, a lot. It makes sense, everything. Pretty much all of that, about the blood (except drinking it and seeing it written) applied to me. Thanks!
Thanks for your help, both of you :)

I see. My dream is to be a banker (financial analyst) or an economist, as I am very skilled with handling money. Other possibilities are an interpreter or a lawyer. I hope to work in a big bank, rack tons of moneys and donate half of what I win (if I win a lot that is) to RC churches nationwide (here in Canada, churches are in HUGE financial troubles). May we both succeed in our aspirations!
And no problem ;D
