Running for a student rep. spot

Hello! I tried searching for a topic on this but sadly, came up with no result. Anyways, I am running for a 8th grade student representative spot. Anybody here have any ideas for a speech or even good ways to win votes? It would be much appreciated. Thanks :confused:

well say in your speech what you will give when you are voted...and make sure if you ARE voted then you really do them

(PS: I just recognized, are you a representitve for a councill, like representitive FOR 8th graders or you are going for Student Presidency , cos thats what I will talk about :), but these will be useful too )


Well, new ideas are all we need.

I was a representitive for a year and I brought two bands to our school, one in new year and one in the end of the year.
I gave each class a mascot so it would look cooler ( :P )
I made some waffle days, some pancake days, two football tournaments, a tennis tournament etc..
People worhsipped me and some of my friends offered to be my bdyguard :D
Dont wait for people to love you, MAKE people love you.
Start with girls, it will be a chain. Seduce a group of girls to give their votes to you, then those girls will tell their boyfriends and their boyfriends love them a lot so you will also get boy's votes.
Don't defend, attack and counterattack! How many does do you have, outlast them by merging them into your faction, tell them that like they will lose surely cos you gave money to people for votes and you have their loyalty :P
