Just so you know, if you do end up being suspended, it isn't because they want to rid the community of all the pre-teens or whatever (I assume), but because of COPPA.

The feds decided to strike fear into site operators awhile back, most notably when they fined Xanga $1 million for allowing those under 13 to bypass the registration phase (The age requirement was clearly outlined, but the birthday function didn't restrict them, even after inputting a birth date that didn't add up to at least 13 years).
