A lot. When i was younger, before puberty, i did it all the time, even in public. I loved to touch my privates innocently, it was so enjoyable. Nobody was saying anything, maybe because i was just a child. It was very usefull ^^
Now it's harder, but i continue to do it anyway. I just have to be more discreet ;)
