No I don't recently but when I had trouble retracting I kept "exercising it" until I could freely retract my foreskin

I do. I thought about it and realized that if you don't you're pretty much getting pee trapped in there because all of it won't leak out. It's gross imo. So I retract it all to get all of the pee out.

Dude, you need to look up what foreskin is. If you have foreskin, then are you uncircumcised. If you do not, you HAVE been circumcised.

i do it cuz its hard to aim when ur not retracted. and as far as keeping it back, i think that would hurt... uncut guys are super sensitive at the head...

Generally I don't just because I'm too lazy to be honest. Whenever I do though, I only retract it enough so that my urethra is just exposed - again out of laziness.

i have a really really large foreskin -- it never goes back by itself during the day -
my skin cover the head even when hard -- i would think all guys who have 4 skin that
thier skin will not retract unless they get a boner on - i can not think of any way the skin would go back during a normal day. at least it never has for me -
