Am I being unreasonable?

I still have not forgiven the guy who broke my arm. I am not nearly over it yet. It's been a few months.

Is this unreasonable of me? I don't feel like he's ever apologized or taken any responsibility...

No, its not unreasonable in the slightest. You have a reason to be angry with him. Considering he hasn't apologised or bothered to take responsibility of his actions he's the one in the wrong

As Aaron said it was extremely out of hand what he did. Especially since he is not even apologizing for doing you wrong you have every intention of being angry at him, but don't hold a resentment. Certainly not saying "GO be friends with him" certainly not, but just after your cast is out, let him and the past bullshit that has happened slip away into the back of your mind. (I hate to get spiritual, but in some cases works) Holding a resentment creates negativity and renting space in your head, once everything is done, forget about him, you don't need someone of that low level on your mind that isn't worth your time. Right now you have every right to be angry, just don't hold that resentment forever. In the end he will get his. Remember that.

no it's not unreasonable, i'm still angry at my dad for breaking my arm, and chipping teeth, and that was years ago. what he dd was not good. however don't let it get to you. what is done is done, u can't change it. just try to move on. he isn't worth a thought in ur head. it's easier said then done... of course.. however think of it this way... u think he is still thinking about it? u thik he cares... no... it's done it's the past for him.. he's gone... and that's not right.. he should have to deal with the pain, and the memory.. but he isn't... pehraps who knows he feels guilty. but one good thing.... karma. think karma. and well feel better hun!!! hoep that helps a bit.
