Worn out shoes, smoking?

I really can't believe this myself. My parents think I have been smoking because my shoes are worn out and a little broken. They say that it looks like the shoe would have been burned inside, because there's one big hole around the heel.

I'm so friggin stressed that I don't even have the mental energy to go to school now. This as the first thing as I wake up, shit...
My mom will probably mess up my room looking for cigarettes while I'm not home, shit...

They should be able to work out that you don't smoke since you don't have yellow finger tips, smelly clothes and a smokers cough- I hope!
