For the past 3 hours the left side of the head of my penis has been having sharp pains like ever so often.. Any reason??

If you masturbated it could have some pain if you yanked to hard. The penis is sensitive to alot, cold, hands, kickers. If not by a physical outside pain, it could be that your penis isnt roomy enough, try looser underwear, or boxers. If not the above, lay down and relax and maybe even shower. could be a nerve, or blood vesile. or mabey just a little rip or tear. its probley no big deal. if the pain continues or is debilitating i would have it checked out though.
