Kay I was just wondering. I got a hard on while watching/reading some stuff, but at one point this clear, slippery stuff started coming out of my dick, and it was twitching like when I cum, but it wasn't cum.help?

It's pre cum......Everyone gets it. If you produce enough of it, you can use it as lube.

It's called pre-cum as a slang term, proper name being pre-ejaculatory fluid. It's a clear fluid generated by the body upon great arousal that clears the urethra ready for the semen to be released and can be used as a natural lubricant. Some men produce more, some produce less, it varies.

Precum, everyone has it, some people don't actually have enough for it to start flowing out of your dick.

Just to back up what everyone else has said, its precum and its totally normal. The situation you described is very typical of when a guy will get precum without even touching himself.
