Totally agree with above. If your going along with a lie your telling yourself then it's unfair to you and her. But if you really love her then i guess you know what to do.

Agreed with all of the above. i don't think i need to add anything.. its simple, if you love her, stay with her. if you don't, leave her.
If your lying to her, telling her you love her when you don't.. thats just gonna hurt her more.
