I have had disputes with my family just tell the ones you know are on your side to simply say "Don't talk to me." or "I don't want you to speak to me." always works for me. They will continue for a short time, if so just walk away or surround yourself with the ones that support you. If your a minor and an adult verbally abuses you report it to the police.
