i had a breakdown two nights ago, then had another last night... it's just one breakdown carrying on for days... i'm dreading the night now, because i know i'll have another, and it'll only take something small to set it off...
i'm just a ticking time bomb, i'm scared i'm going to take it out on someone...
then i'll fuck up again... fuck knows what'll happen if i do that...
it's just never ending...
i was such a mess last night...
i did one thing right though, i put my razor away before cutting...
but i think i got that low i didnt even feel like it anymore.
i just want it to stop before it goes too far...

Even though it's getting really tough right now I'm so happy that you put away that blade. As you know that it will only cause more hurt and problems later on down the road for you. You have surely been through a lot recently, but cutting will never solve your problems. I know what it's like to break down. Not knowing where to go or what to do. Not knowing what you want, just relief, but you have a support system here. You're not going in this alone. you don't have to look back. You don't have to sit in that misery as I'm always here for you when you need to let off some steam. You won't fuck anything up. I'm always here for you Nat Nat.
