:furious:Okay, so the title pretty much explains it. Although i have bouts of random anger, i know what im angry at that i cant do certain things right like letting myself clean my room. But then i will feel numb, and start to feel extremely sad and dont know what to do. It confuses me, then i dont trust some people im not close to and i think theyre giving me a dirty look and they dont like me. Or they think im a freak.

That they dont trust me, and they purposely ignore me, it sucks cause they may just be tired and blanking out, but i cant help myself but think that that isnt just it. I really wanna cut. Ive had the urge all day but i know i wont, i just want the urge to go away.

I know exactly how you feel, i've felt similar things before. Just try to distract yourself until the urge does go away because the urges can't last forever unless you fuel them by cutting. It's like a little child. They cry because they want sweets.. if you give them sweets they will learn that this is the way to get sweets, and conctinue to cry. If you don't give them the sweets then they will try to find new ways to get them. It's like that with your body, it will crave cutting, give you urges to try and make you cut, but be the parent here, the one in control and not give in. Eventually your body will begin to find new ways to cope, and no longer want to cut. Hope i helped :)

I know exactly how you feel, i've been there many times before. Can I just ask, have you actually been diagnosed with BPD?

Anyways, cutting won't change anything. I know you must have heard this a million times before, I know I have, but it doesn't. It just adds to the negative feelings. It'll add shame into the mixture aswell. I know at the time it might seem worth it, but you just need to tell yourself that it really isn't.

If you ever need to talk about anything just PM me, I'm always here

maybe if you see a doctor you might be diagnosed. You might not even have BPD, and they'll be able to tell you if you do or not.
Remember you can PM me anytime if you need anything :hug3:

Well if you see a doctor, they might be able to help you. Just talking to them might help, get it out of your system. They're doctor's, if they think you have BPD or something else, they'll refer you to a psychiatrist, and if they don't think you do, they'll give you some advice on how to make yourself feel better.

Take care
