Now i dont know if this exactly in the right spot so feel free to move it please. for the question. I am cut like any other american out their but ive wanted foreskin because thats the bodies natural way when born. right now im 15 but i seriously do want foreskin back. also parents should have no control over circumcision its your own body anyways if you wanted your foreskin back if you were cut would you go through with it or would you think it would be to risky. again first of all parents shouldnt have the choice to circumcise their child but ive been reading about some foreskin restoration through surgery and i have not talked to my family doctor yet but i want some opinions on other americans or anybody else that is cut out their. Another thing related to the foreskin do people with foreskin usualy have a softer dick than guy whos cut. because im pretty hard when i get hard on and again another question for the american. Do you think circumcision should be banned except for religous reasons only?

I have to say that any kind of foreskin restoration is risky. Whether it's surgery or home techniques. I mean, I have for foreskin (UK) but I wouldn't advise doing anything.

I have things about my body that I don't like. The deal is that when I always think abou that it makes me more upset. Sometimes I decide not to think about it soooo much and it seems not as big of a deal. Like my mom once said she hated her nose bu I never thought abou it before. I think it is hard to accept ourselves especially all the "ugly"!are, but they are not ugly. U gotta love urself.

Dude.. just Google foreskin restoration. U will see exactly the risks and advantages I would advise u to try to do it.. because a lot of nerves were cut and ur penis is 40% LESS sensitive so the sexual pleasures we uncut guys feel, u will never.. except performing that foreskin thing.. :) so.. good luck :)

I have foreskin, so I'm not a guy just hating on you. But pleasure is not 40% less sensitive for those cut. It is less, but not an amount comparable to 40%.
I also agree, people should be allowed to choose if they are cut or not when they're older. If they truly want it then they will through with it, even if it hurts. This summer I got my wisdom teeth removed, and I wasn't put to sleep though I was given something for the pain. With one of my teeth they had to rip out a piece of bone with it and it hurt a lot. Most people don't have to have that happen, and when they get their teeth removed they're usually asleep. Even though, I would do it again if I had to.

ok i am cut and yeah i would like to have a foreskin if for nothing else than jerking off its supped to be easier, but first of all all these guys complaining about their parents getting them cut. WTF they did what they thought was best get over it. the nerves that were cut during a circumcision have nothing to do with the head of the penis it was cut from the skin covering the head so while the penis being exposed lost some sensitivity , oh well i dont hear any guys saying it does not feel good to jerk off or get a blow job or have sex, so i think it is safe to say it still feels great. if you want to try the restoration thing then go ahead it sounds like a lot of work for nothing. you have aleady lost the sensitivity its not like your gonna get it back

You can restore the foreskin to it's (almost) original state through a method called tissue expansion, which involves gradually stretching the skin and forcing the cells to duplicate. I don't really know much about it, but there's a bit more information here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreskin_restoration#Nonsurgical_techniques
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tissue_expansion
This only works, however, if a part of your foreskin still remains. Usually, you should still have some left after circumcision (I'm certain that I do), but be sure to check before you try to restore it.

Perhaps not 40% less sensitivity or pleasure.. but according to this website...
Circumcision Removes 35% - 50% of Penile Skin
Source (http://www.suite101.com/content/male-circumcision-removes-much-more-than-just-a-snip-of-skin-a245226) have a read of the rest of the article. It's quite interesting.

Any method like that can be dangerous, considering that you're basically tugging at your 'foreskin' for hours on end.

I'm all for being able to choose luckily my parents left me uncut but i think i would feel like i didn't have any say over my body if i had been cut. i Like the idea of being able to choose to have yourself cut i don't believe parents should have that right.

Well, there is a reason why you dont have it right? Well, maybe your mom did it because of cleanlyness

You can try. But Google it for more details.
I'm cut and I'm happy about it. And I don't see why circumcision should be banned. Maybe parents shouldn't make the decision, but circumcision is very normal these days. It's like banning smoking completely. It would obviously result in great conflicts and argument.

Tissue expansion isn't dangerous at all if it is done correctly and you aren't too rough. It's been used in many fields other than restoration, and it's proven to work. All that's required is to pull the skin taut and stretch it a little, but not to the point of pain. There's still a slight risk, but it's far safer than any other surgical technique out there, and probably the most effective.
I've done a bit of reading, and it looks like the trick is to do it when you have your hands free - watching TV, etc. Here's a good explanation of it:

restoration is impossible. you are just streching tough outside skin over the head. no lubrication no nothing. it looks way weird. not like a natural uncut penis. dont so it. google for pics u see what i mean

More like 2 or 3%, otherwise they wouldn't even cut foreskin..

Not true in the slightest. The only circumcision ever became popular in the US was because some doctors thought that they could prevent kids from masturbating, which was thought to cause diseases at the time, by making their penises less sensitive. The only thing that could make a penis less sensitive than removing the foreskin would be removal of the glans as well.
Foreskin restoration is not only possible with patience and persistence, but also well worth the effort.

neigh and danny here --
dan - im cut and really never thought about having foreskin - i like being cut - when i have boys i will have them all cut before they leave the hospital. i think a guy with foreskin looks stupid. why would u want to have foreskin when u r cut. plus where would they take the skin - from a dead person? like a heart transplant?
neigh -uncut boy, and we do not look stupid - i go to school here in the united states and their are more boys who are cut here - most seem to be ok with being cut - i do not know if their really is any operation for foreskin transplants - foreskin is ok but it does have some draw backs -- if i live long enough and have kids i will not have them
cut ----- give me foreskin or give me death. prould to be uncut> and we are not stupid
