All I know of is weights but that's not even guranteed to work so best advice would be just let puberty take it's course and wait it out, you'll probably grow sooner or later.

You may think it's small but thats usually you just misjudging because of the angle and not every girl wants the titanic if you catch my drift, just be happy with what you have.

There is a stretching technique called jelqing, which you can google. (If you do a search on here you should find some old threads on it too.) However, not everyone agrees whether it really works and it is dangerous if you do it wrong or before you've finished growing. I'm just on average sized but would never try any stretching methods, pumps or whatever because to me its not worth the risk.

Nick already mentioned Jelqing and personally I think that it works, I knew a person that was doing it and he said that it worked. Can't be certain though.

So yes, there's no guaranteed way to make your penis longer, other than time and puberty.

naturally your penis has a few inches that you cannot see, there is a procedure where certain ligaments are cut that allow that few inches to reveal itself. Google it.
