Ok so like, every night, I'm just accustomed to going to sleep at 11:30, I would like to go to sleep earlier, but I just can't! :mad:

SO...can anybody help? I don't know why, but it's just too dang hard to go to sleep earlier, I just wanna be tired in the morning, it's a drag, and I don't get to wear what I WANNA WEAR because I'm just too lazy to put it on, and like 5 minutes after I wake up, I have to walk to the bus stop..help please? :whoops:

UGHH!! :mad::mad::mad: :bigsmash: :blowup:

Read a really boring book, it will make you tiresome.
Or, listen to like calm and quiet music...
I really don't know what else to say. Try closing your eyes shut, face the wall, and think about peaceful things >.< Or, just do what I do, stay up until early hours of the morning and sleep in the afternoon. (Yeah...sorry.)

You can try waking up a little earlier, even if you're tired, and push yourself to get up, and then after you get up, stay up the whole day, and then you'll probably fall asleep. Unless of course, you've tried that too.

Ok this is body a clock thing I think as it happens to me sometimes after school holidays. You need to get up earlier so that you can go to sleep at a earlier time, it will be hard but only you can do it. Its just a matter of discipline. And you have to be consistent.

I have sleep insomnia and here are some of the tricks the doctor told me the first time I went in, caffeine effect your body up to 9 hours after you consume it so nothing with caffeine after about 12 noon, use your bed for sleeping only don't read or watch tv in bed also don't masturbate in bed, that way you teach your body that when you lay in you bed it is time to sleep. If you don't fall asleep within 5 minutes get up for about another hour and then try again if you still don't fall asleep within 5 minutes get up for another hour, ect. You will be very tired for the first couple of nights but eventually your body will self correct. Also on the weekend still get up at your normal time, don't sleep in that will help as well.
