there is a monster inside of me,
tearing me up,
making me choke so that i can't breathe.
i grow cold and numb, and i just can't feel a thing,
then the monster takes a hold of me.
leaving it's self inflicted pain,
this is not me, this is a monster growing inside of me
as anxiety grows within me.
i cry out for help, but no one can take this monster away from me.
