just had an epic breakdown x____x

it's been coming for days, i knew it, but i kept putting it off.
i had a feeling something would set me off all day, and oh boy it did.
wasn't even that huge, i just blamed myself for something that kicked off earlier, and that was pretty much it.
tears flooded, i drank enough vodka to get me drunk, then cut.
luckily Aaron came online, and because i talked to him, i stopped in my tracks.
i dont think i'm quite finished yet, but i'm done for now...
i'm calm again, although i think it's the alcohol more than anything...
