im alive, obviously or i wouldnt be writing whatever. Im crocheting now, blankets so i guess thats good. Im gonna be babysitting soon an helping with mothers, i love both of those. If i dont clean my room i feel as though something bad will happen- what bad thing? I dont know-just makes me feel uneasy and unclean. I still have a tension headache and stomachache since yesterday, have a temporary tattoo of an open wound on my left wrist with two butterflies on either side. Doing more facial masks,my last one was yesterday i think it was rubbing banana over my face, prevents acne from forming from oils that increase from stress. Also other facials, but anyway, i still feel like *crap* and my room isnt clean. I am taking more hot soothin baths more often.
Suggestions for people with insomnia or depression-OCD......
take a hot BUBBLE bath
keep ur hands busy (me do art and crochet)
listen to music loudly on your ipod, or soft for soothing
facial masks (feels good pbly only girls will do this)
paint ur nails diff colors
watch tv (simpsons, King of the hill, comedy)
okay i do all of these, so im not a hypocrite. Let me know if these help you. If your responding with results use red lettering
