Your not a lone you have your VT mates to help you out on your lives journey. Struggles are needed in life, with out them we would be weak. with out obstacles we would be cripple. life is one big lesson and all you can do is learn from it. its up to you to make you feel better about yourself and your situation. surround yourself with positive people, forget about all the negative people, you don’t deserve that. You are worth more than you know.

Remember there’s always a light at the end of that tunnel don't lose faith or hope. you are apart of this world and we are all connected in some way. you belong here just as much as anyone else.

Also try using these exercises, they really do help. I think everyone should do them. It will make anyone feel better about them self’s and others. take time to breath and relax for at least 5 min a day. Find a peaceful place outside and sit on the grass, take a deep breath and close your eyes. listen to nature, feel the wind blowing, the sun warming you, and feel the grass. get in touch with the pure potential of nature. take time to live and "just be". accept the unbounded creativity and pure potential of the universe.

Practice non-judgment, what i mean is don’t judge things as if they were good, bad, wrong, correct, awesome. count how many times a day you judge something, and realize how much pressure that puts on your mind body and heart. the truth is judging thins is a complete waist of time. and time is the most precious commodity we have on this planet. instead just learn the lesson from life’s situations. Accept people, situations, circumstances, and events for what they are even yourself. and know that thats how it should be. Dont fight having no control, insted let it go, you will feel so much better, because taking responsibility for anything will lead to blaming yourself, even when its not your fault. Every problem is an opportunity in disguise, and know that you can take that moment and transform it into a greater benefit for yourself.

Detach your self from others around you, and allow them to be as they are. trying to force solutions to ones problems often leads to new problems. detaching your self is very important. once you detach yourself you are more willing to accept uncertainty. you take in all the infanent possibilities and appreciate the excitement that occurs when you are open to an infinity of choices. you will then experience all the fun, adventure, magic, and mystery of life.

Thinking negative thoughts is blurring your perspective on life. all those thoughts are trash, useless garbage filling your mind so that you cant think in the peasant. let go of the past there is nothing you can do to change it. when your mind fills up you miss out on everything else life has to offer. let go of the negative emotions you feel about your family, peers and your life. its not your responsibility. you need to care for yourself. because in the end that’s all that matters. the universe will provide for you just give it a chance. You are just as important as anyone else on this earth, and you have been given this amazing gift of life. it would be foolish to throw it away.

I hope this helped. your not alone and nothing is your fault. thats how the universe should be. nothing ever ends its just transformed, maybe into something more beautiful, even the worst things in the universe are miracles. once you see the big picture you then realize your purpose in life.:)

P.s. if your thinking about suicide you should talk to some one, you may need professional help. remember making something permanent out of something temporary is never the answer, no matter how bad you feel. let me know how you feel about what was said or if it didn't make any sense ill try and explain the best i can.
