Think about your girlfriend's history - has she had a lot of boyfriends? Recently? Do her relationships tend to last or fizzle out after two weeks? If the answers are yes, she could just be dating for the sake of dating, with little actual attachment to those involved. And to answer your question, there are very few universal qualities that girls like, and most of them can be overruled by some other quality that is more important to the specific girl.
