OK I finaly got used to bein a late bloomer. School starts next week & I know I'm gonna be the only boy in my class with no pubes and the smallest dick. I get that all kids are diff & stuff so no lectures.

So how come he's got pubes already he has like 20 thick black hairs and a bunch more fine white ones. Take it easy man, Everyone Grows at there own pace. He might be younger and that might seem wrong but its just how the body is. Give your self time to grow and you will be there sooner or later.

Puberty can start and end in different orders for anyone.

Who knows, that might be the first sign for your brother, You on the other hand your showing by height and weight also muscle mass will start to pick up. I was the same way when I was your age.

Just give your self time to grow and things will work out.

I don't have a younger brother, so I can't say from that perspective... but I can attest to the fact that late bloomers don't have anything to worry about... when I was 15 and with a friend, we were skinny dipping, and then we jacked off together... He was absolutely tiny, like he was still a kid, and no pubes whatsoever.. (I was like 5" hard then, he was about 2"). Now, just two years later, He is bigger than my 6" by an inch, and way more pubes then me... So you may start later than your brother (which may be embarrassing), but odds are, you are going to catch up, and pass him pretty quickly... No worries dude...

Although you say you're a late bloomer... perhaps one of the first things to happen to your brother was penis/pube development, for you it was height and weight. It's nothing to worry about. Just give it time and you'll grow the pubes and your penis will likely get longer/thicker.

Dude although it sucks that he is further along than you it does not mean you won't grow. Everyone grows at differnt paces. I know a 15 year old who has a tiny bush of pubes and still can't cum every time. So you will at least catch up. There is no way to know who will be Bigger your or your bro but sooner or later you will have pubes and your dick will grow
