Why are girls so fixated on panty lines?

We girls are typically very concerned with how we look, and panty lines detract from the smooth image we like to project.

It's also a little of "inviting someone behind the curtain" to see "how the sausage gets made", so to speak. (Pardon the mixed metaphor... ;-) )

We like to maintain illusions sometimes, and the lack of panty lines keeps an admirer's focus on the clothes he sees, and how we look in them, and not on the "clothes beneath the clothes", if you know what I mean... ;-)

I'm glad someone finally admitted it because so many girls think guys dislike panty lines and from what I've heard my guys aren't bothered by them.

I'm surprised, Undie_guy, because I, for one, don't like when they show on me. I much prefer the cleaner, smoother look to the "peek behind the curtain" one.

I don't like them, but if I feel like wearing full butt underwear, then I will.

With jeans, you can't even tell anyways!

ahah, to be honest, i have NEVER even though about pantie lines.
i've never had a problem with the fact that I don't wear thongs all the time. my underwear is for me, not for anyone else. as long as i'm comfortable, i don't care about anything else.

but, that's just me.

You can see them when someone is wearing jeans. The way to tell a chick is wearing a thong with jeans is to see if the back seem goes into her crack.

Alright, I realize that I'm a creeper, but I have looked at my butt more times than I can count while wearing jeans. My butt looks exactly the same wearing regular underwear and thongs, so I don't really know where you're getting your info from, haha.

While this is probably true, I can tell you right now, wearing a thong does NOT make jeans go into your butt crack. Just saying.
