Because they care more about appearance than comfortability, which imo, isn't a good thing.

I say you don't need makeup, or fancy clothes, or expensive jewelry, or any of that junk to be beautiful, just be yourself. Thats the best way to do it.

It depends on the girl, but some girls care about comfort rather than appearance. For me, wearing tight shirt is to better support my breasts than just the bra. Imagine 2 balls of fat hanging from your chest. Imagine running and feeling them lift and fall. That shit hurts.

And this^. To most girls, being stared at makes them feel good.. which is why I dont understand my gender at all.

I know for myself, this is untrue. I wear tight jeans and stuff, and by no means are they uncomfortable. If they are too small on someone, yes they will uncomfortable.

No one's saying to be overly arrogant about it, but you can certainly show some attitude in how you walk, say, along with what you wear, without "asking for it" from some sicko stranger. No one says we wouldn't be careful, either.

I personally don't really wear tight clothes often (since I'm not totally comfortable with my body)..but it always makes me feel better if I'm wearing a cute shirt and a guy or two is looking my way :) Also, you never know if you're gonna run into someone cute ;)
