Women Terrify Me

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but it seems like the best place.

This started awhile back....When I see a woman that I would have considered attractive-( I say would have, because since this started I have had almost no arousal)-I get all the symptoms as if someone jumped out and scared the shit out of me. I get nervous I tremble, i get a knot in my gut and my chest gets tight and I don't feel good for some time after.

This never happened before and has nothing to do with arousal or being worried about trying to impress or anything like that.

I tried to not think about it and see if it went away, but I forget it just as long as I don't see a pretty girl. I hate this.

Women scare me too.

Anywho, I think you just need some exposure, your obviously nervous. Probably shy too. This stuff is common. Maybe your just afraid that she won't like you or find you attractive.

I don't think its that because I have had some exposure and this never happened before. And there is not a specific thing behind this worry, its very guttural and just sorta happens.

I'd talk to your doctor about it. Maybe some anxiety medication would do you good.
