Hey, I'm bi and i recently came out to my friend who I thought was gay, but he swears he's not. But he told me that he was interested in experimenting. He said he'd go as far as full sex with me, but i only want us to give each other handjobs. Is this a good decision??

If your friend is straight, and just wants to experiment I really don't think he'll go the full way with sex. Sex is something really big and you might think you can do it all the way up to the moment it comes, but then you don't want to.
If he's straight like he says, I wouldn't go nearly as far as having sex. Handjobs are enough for "experimenting" in my view.
