thickness of pubes

so this is a bit weird but i was noticing other guys at the YMCA that i go to with my dad sometimes to work out. im 15 shave my pubes because i am a pretty serious swimmer and well it would look gross with them above the jammers, anyway. so i was noticing that guys that seem to have a lot of body hair dont have thick bushes, and smooth guys tend to have thick bushes. is this like just a weird coincidence or is it true of guys in general

That, or its all in your head. HAir is all genetic. Different lengths, colors, and thicknesses all come in genetics. And i believe the hair trait most commonly comes from the mothers side.

Hair is completely genetic; so it all depends on their parents, basically.

I shaved mine yesterday, so not very thick ;p

But If I don't shave, not as thick as the hair on my head, but still pretty thick.

I'm 15, 5.2" erect.

That's not true with me. My body's not hairy yet and my hair down there's not thick either.

I'm not sure if it's true in general, but it is something I have noticed... I have friends who have back hair and chest hair, and lots of facial hair who see to have a sparse amount of pubes... while I have other friends who have almost no other body hair (no armpit, only slight leg hair), and yet they have a nice thick bush of pubes... I'm not sure why it is, but I have noticed it...
