hey i was woundering about shaving my pubes. last night at a party me and like 5 other friends (boys and girls) ended up talking about shaving and stuff lol, and i found out that kids in my grade do shave when i thought that no one did. I was too nervous to ask them these questions, so if you have shaved before, can you answer some questions for me?

1) how old were you the first time you shaved?
2) can i use the same razor i use for my face if i wash it?
3) where should i have them, the shower?
4) should i use shaving cream or dry?
5) shoud i use something after the shave to put over the area?
6) what should i do if i have ingrown hair?
7) can i hurt my self by shaving?
8) should i trim before i shave if its a bit thick now?
9) please list the steps or everything XD

2) I personally wouldn't. But yeah I guess it's fine if you wash it really good.
3) Wherever works best for you. I shaved in the bathroom and got it all over the floor....it was a pain to clean up afterwards lol.
4) Use shaving cream, that way you don't get like irritated skin...which is very annoying
5) It's not necessary.
6) Don't worry about it. The first time I shaved, I ended up getting ingown hairs, it's not that big of a deal.
7) Of course, be careful. I nicked the bottom of my dick...it stung for a while
8) I would suggest just trimming it. It's going to grow back thicker and ticker everytime you shave completely....Personal experience trust me.
9) If your just going to trim. Take some scissors and trim to your desired length. If your going to shave, take the scissors and trim them as much as you can then put on some shaving cream and take a razor and you get the point......wow I went into detail on this one haha :P

I shaved my pubies twice but it was too much work so now I just let them grow. I got a boner everytime I shaved anyway.

8) should i trim before i shave if its a bit thick now? Trim, then shave, I didn't and it took like a hour to shave my first time. :P
9) please list the steps or everything XD Trim as short as you can get it, clippers are best. Get in the shower, and shave with a razor, with soapy water. I found I need to shave almost everyday to stay nice and smooth. Only takes 5 or 10 minutes to keep up in the shower, 10 if you have hair on your ass that needs to get shaved, and it takes skill to shave what you can't see. :P

2- Absolutely, it's all hair.
3- Wherever you shave your face.
4- Your preference.
5- Other than itch cream, there's nothing you can put.
6- Prepare for some pain
7- Yes, it's a sharp object near you genitals.
8- That's advisable. I generally trim then shave.
9- Trim, shave, rinse.
