Itunes help please

On my itunes, I have several songs by the same band, from the same album, but they all come up as a different artist on my ipod, if you get me. How do I get it so they're all under the same artist, so I don't have to check like a million different things to find one song? Thanks.

umm, the only thing i could suggest is to go through your whole library using Shift + Ctrl for the songs by the same artist and then go to advanced tag editor.
