what do i have to do to get the best look abs? and how long will it take?

If you have a big layer of fat in your stomach area you should do
1. Cardio every day. Or at least every 2nd day.
2. Change your nutrition to less fatty one. More carbs and proteins, don't dump shugars, your body needs them, just reduce the fat food!
In other words: lose weight!

If you're skinny I would recommend still doing cardio at least few times a week, switch to high in protein nutrition and do sit-ups (however they are more for hips than abs) or crunches as many as you can with 1min rest between sets.
