Im 16 years old, and my penis hasn't ever grown. It is 11 cm erect, and my voice broke when i was 14. what's going on? is it ever going to grow?

Your a late bloomer. At 16 you should probably talk to a doctor. You could have an issue with your pituitary gland, or with your testicles. You might need to get your hormones from a pill, also known as hormone therapy. :P
