Yuck. So, unfortunately, I wore my old volleyball shoes to practice the first day. Apparently, since the last time I wore the shoes, my feet grew. About 20 minutes into the 3 hour practice I could tell that this was a problem. I couldn't change my shoes though, so I sucked it up and stuck it out.
So, I've got blisters on the back of my heel, up where the shoe ends. I can deal with those ones, so that's not an issue.
What is an issue, is that both of my little baby pinky toes are covered in huge blisters. :( Especially my right one, it's all red, and yucky. Not to mention the fact that it's PAINFUL.
I'm wearing different shoes now, however, they still rub the blisters some. I've been wearing band aids on them during practice, I figured that would be a good plan?
When I'm at home, I've been leaving the band aids off, and not wearing socks as much as possible.
Anything I can do for the pain? It feels like my foot is going to break off or something!
Also, by the way, I can't leave the erm...fluid stuff in the blister, the friction broke them open.
