You've barely been here like a full day and you're saying the logo is plain and logo?

Right...

I think the logo is fine as it is.
Although yours is kinda boring if you ask me. Just looks like grass with a text on it, you misspelled advice, tagline is too long, and it doesn't really go with the theme of the website which is peer advice so if you were to make one I think I text over a transparent backgound with a small image of stick figures(boy and girl) holding hands with Peer Advice under it would fit this website a lot better without a lot of flash. That's just me though.

I quite like your logo but also dont see anything wrong with the existing one. You have a grammar mistake, it should be "you've come" and not "you've came".

Umm, this is just me, but isn't the one we have now just as boring? I mean, it's the words Virtual Teen on a background. That shows no theme to the website.

If you don't have a background you don't need a theme it just has to look good.

lol, i recently made the logos for another forum, trust me yours wouldn't work.
it'd look out of place, and making logo's a lot more complex than it looks.
i think the existing ones are fine... perhaps a little old, but fine.
It's nice, i'm not saying it's bad... just wouldn't look right.

Erm buddy, no chance is that logo going up top, for one
the main theme of the sites neglected,
it suits no themes
and its unecesary

Youve only just signed up, stop trying to change the site so soon

And really, if thats the best your offering as a flashy new logo i may aswell draw my own and then scan it for ant since im pretty dam sure i could doodle a more interesting one than that

You've barely been here like a full day and you're saying the logo is plain and logo?

Right...
My thoughts precisely

Ah flamers, Who's saying I wasn't here before on a differant account and forgot the login?
Lol calling mods flamers
thats classic

I think the logo is fine as it is.

And hes also neglected the whole theme of the site which is the Psychiatric Ward

Umm, this is just me, but isn't the one we have now just as boring? I mean, it's the words Virtual Teen on a background. That shows no theme to the website.
if there both equaly as boring why bother changing it?

i think this logo is fine, but maybe we can do some different logos with different themes. also what would be cool is if around hollidays someone made a logo expressing that holliday (like google does). we can have a designated designer, or have contests when i holliday is near for who has the best. just ideas.

Why can't new members offer suggestions like this? Sure, it might not be great, but what if it was? Would you shut him down like that. Yes, you would. You're so anti-new member giving suggestions, Calum.

does it not frustrate you having people come on and then imediately criticise something that isnt even all too important, aswell as something that weve been fine with for however long theyve been up there

and im still yet to see a new member make a good suggestion

But they want to contribute. They want to better this site. How is that a bad thing, even if the suggestion isn't necessarily good?

Exactly.

The point is that no new members have any good input to the site, as of yet anyway. They suggest things that aren't important and don't need to be changed, especially when they're new members it's rather annoying.

But they're getting involved in the community. Some ideas work, some don't, but the people who make them tend to stick around longer, at least, if they're not treated with contempt.

Although that may be true on the whole, with regards to this individual suggestion... it's pointless. There's no need for it and the fact he's a new member is irrelevant. He is though so lets just add it to the list of other new member suggestions...

When I first joined I thought the logo looked pretty bland and gross, like some kid just threw it together in paint. Now I don't really care, but I wouldn't mind if it got replaced.

Btw I don't get the hate on the OP just because he's knew. You need X amount of posts to send private messages, are we putting that requirement on making suggestions too? Geez, guys.
