Hey! Lately I've been looking up colleges but I kinda messed up with my junior year. My GPA is pretty low, but I aim at bringing that up this year as a senior ( although the last half of the year isn't really counted). Anyway, I'm looking at getting into a good 4 year college. My SAT scores are decent i think, (1590 combined all 3), but I was wondering if i could get into a college with that sat score with a low GPA :/

A college yes, a great college unlikely but a good one. One that will suit your needs. I hate to be that guy but you whiffed pretty much seeing as junior year is the most important year.

Colleges don't rely solely on your GPA so I would imagine if you can get it up a bit this year and if everything else is fine then you'll probably be fine.

My entire senior year GPA didn't count, which sucks considering I went from a 3.2 to a 4.4 (weighted). Oh well.

I didn't get into my first choice, but I got into a different school which, I must say, I think I would have liked better than my first choice anyway.

Sometimes slips like our junior years can be blessings in disguise.
