No, though I play Paintball quite frequently. I have, however, in the middle of a match, made the brilliant decision to try and hide/duck and cover behind a large and seemingly strategically placed mound of dirt that was a little bit smaller than human height. This mound of dirt turned out to me a fire ant nest, and I was crawling with the damn things in about 15 seconds. While getting repeatedly bit, I ran into the center of the field between the two bases and screamed in an attempt to get help. I was almost immediately fired at by both sides, as the match had run long without a single shot being fired, and I was providing an easy target. I left the match with a grand total of 6 fire ant bites and 24 ring-shaped bruises that could only be made by that lovely little crunchy-on-the-outside, gooey-on-the-inside ball of pain.
