I could make you a poem,
As I made a candy poem for someone else
This is only an example:
Candy
I can't reallythink of anything to say
Other than I ate some candy today
This candy reminded me of you
and Im being honest and true
Maybe its becouse of its name
Or maybe its becouse you and this candy are kinda the same
for you are as sweet as a pack of it
But I can settle for one peice a tiny bit
Each flavor is like a difrent trait of your personalitly
there is Kindness fairness careness and curoisity
Athough chewy I would suck it for a bit than spit it out(I whould repeat the process of course its just the way I eat it)
I savor the taste whilie its still in my mouth
You like the candy have a lasting efect on people's lives
Includeing mine....
To me your like the candy in my life
You bring sweetness and flavor to me day and night
Like candy you make me happy
As you can tell you men alot to me
I love you so much
You'd say its to much
I whould do almost anything for you,
cause I really can't live without my candy which is you,

Here's a good question: why don't you write it yourself? If words are not your specialty, then what about drawing, music, heck even finding a poem that describes your feelings well and reciting it in a passionate manner - that works too. What I really don't think should be encouraged, is taking someone else's poem and claiming that you wrote it. If you intend only to present the poem as 'This is from the internet, and I think it describes me/us very well', there are countless online sources to browse for that purpose, and I really think it would be easier that way.
Either way, I still encourage you to try and create something on your own. Using another's work (and definitely giving them credit for it) is an option, but having your own creation which expresses exactly your own feelings is the most touching. It really doesn't even have to be artistically skilled - as long as it shows genuine effort.

You could go for one of shakespeares love sonnets? They're hopelessly romantic and I, as a girl, love them sonnet 140 is especially beautiful.
