It looks like another stupid movie that's going to be loved by people who don't appreciate the classics, and who don't have good taste.

Personally, I enjoyed it for the entertainment value. I wasn't a fan of the production, but I did love the story and entertainment. I didn't let that ruin the movie for me.

I thought it was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't get why people thought it was such a bad movie, and I have pretty good taste so I know what I'm talkin about...and Angelina is hell of a good actress, pretty hot too. I can honestly say, I loved every single second of the movie. I thought the ending made it more suspenseful, which makes me even MORE CRAZY FOR IT!!!! I hope they make a sequel or something..

I really enjoyed it. It had an interesting plot that kept the viewer guessing until the end. I don't see how someone could think it's sucky, but whatever, fuck them, they're missing out.

One word unoriginal.

that being said if you're making a movie at least put in some effort to make it some bit original

You know, when a movie is made "unoriginally", but manages to actually be a really suspenseful and entertaining movie, you know it's a pretty good movie!

but tell me, how is it unoriginal?

I can't think of a movie about Russian Spies raised to become American spies, where the program fails and the Russian spy falsely kills their own leader and saves the American leader.. or any movie anything close to that.

It looks like another stupid movie that's going to be loved by people who don't appreciate the classics, and who don't have good taste.

I appreciate the classics. You have no idea, I have spent half my life watching only classics and I still enjoyed it. I wouldn't expect such rude behavior from someone who does love classic films.

When it comes to films and tv shows....I am a very good critic. I appreciate quality of its actors, the plot, and of the film. I will not say a show or film is great, or good if it did not follow any of these criteria.

SALT IS A VERY GOOD MOVIE. I said "very good" not greatest.
Just as NBC KINGS(2009), MASH(1970'S), DEADWOD, the JAMES BONDS MOVIES, ect. are very good and/or great shows/movies.

"STUPID MOVIES are like Idiocracy. Tv shows like most reality tv shows, and the office. I know many of you already disagree with me about the office but don't discuss it here focus on SALT

I hope that those who read my comment now understand the difference between "GREAT AND GOOD" AND "STUPID" films/tv shows.
I like SALT, ITS Mysterious at first, IT SEEMS VERY BELIEVABLE. I think it might be a bit of dark romance and a bit feminine.

WOW simply Wow. You judge the entire show by a 1-3 minute trailer. Your comment is EVIDENCE on how short minded and quickly judgmental some people are. Its propably one of the reason why some tv shows or movies are not successful in ratings because of people who judge the clip WITHOUT even TRYING to watch the movie. I hope you don't treat people's looks the same way.

-I wish you the best, I honestly do wish you the Best Kontroll

Buena, if it looks stupid to him, it looks stupid to him. I'm usually good at judging movies, and I can tell you I simply don't want to watch this one. Just like I won't watch Twilight, or Bangkok Dangerous. Everyone has different tastes.

Don't take it so seriously.

And usually, the movies that get bad reviews and ratings is because they do suck.

oh haha. no I am not taking it seriously at all : ). Im just trying to increase my number of posts so I can pm again and someone has to defend the movie.

I agree everyone has different tastes. For example, sadly you don't see everyone reading at least one of shakespeares work. They are all great but today the average person does not read the entire story.
I also agree that when it has bad review it usually sucks.

Depending on THE TYPE of ratings IT IS, can determine whether or not it sucks. For example, low VIEWER rateings does not mean the movie isn't that good.

I hope this clear things up.

Have you ever been to Maryland in the Winter? Even in the summer the potomic river is freezing cold. So swimming in freezing water then running bare foot through the snow in soaking wet clothes, is VERY unrealistic. If it were real life they would most likely die.

I think the purpose of this scene is to show how awsome and tough she is. I don't think it is quite unrealistic because it has been scientificly prooven then some soldiers can with stand freezing water. This of course depends on how long they are in the freezing water.

I know that but come on. Running through a forest when it freezing out side in wet clothes, not possible.

When is the last time someone told you all movies are realistic?
I'm sure there are quite alot of unrealistic yet great movies.
The first matrix movie? does it seem so real to you?
There are lots more. don't judge a movie by realistic or not unless it's a documentarian movie

I love fiction and unrealist movies, in all of my favorite TV shows 100 percent of it could not be real. I just had a problem with that scene.

Salt just does what is Hou Boen espionage with the minimum of fuss to the maximum dose of adrenaline. Salt must tick the box most, largely to fast start and Zhu Lila power thanks. It's pacy, intelligent, subversive and hit's the spirit and attack you are not far-fetched in the least bit troubled by all this.

The first half of the film is limited to running Sal Evelyn, police, which continues, run, run, run and run. Despite these falls could miss the heart beats about forty years ago, there was nothing new about them.
