I think that I might be anorexic, I seem to keep wanting to be skinner then I am and trying to aviod eating or eating small amounts. I know that I should be eating but I dont seem able to eat anymore, I try eating but I can never really finish. Then when I do eat I go do A LOT of phyisacal activity and I have even tried to throw up but I have been unsucsesful. I do not understand why this is happing to me.

There's nothing wrong with you. I know how you feel, I always want to be thinner, I want to look fabulous. Though the best thing to use when eating is try putting your food on a smaller plate that way you think you're eating more than you actually are. (it's something psychological) that way you feel full and you have eaten something. You don't have to run and work every calorie you eat off. Daily exercise is good, but don't work yourself into the ground. Maybe exercise for 60 minutes a day. That way you're not over doing it. I hope things get better for you.

I will try it but I dont know if it will work. Also this only started 1 month ago.

I know how you feel. this is kind of happening to me atm. Are you counting calories closley or anything like that?And have younoticed a drop in your weight?

I have drop a few pounds, I have not been counting calories but I have been dividing what I eat in half.

Ok how long have you been doing this?? If you are eating below about 1000 calories it can be dangerous so be aware of this.
