Everybody is different. If your in your 15 or 16 you can get up to another inch in growth down there before you end puberty. Also, just because he is as big as you soft, doesn't mean he is much bigger than you hard. Some guys are showers while others are growers. The feeling of being smaller than your peers can really feel awful, I can understand that. I also understand hearing that 5 inches is the average penis size can be hard to believe when, in your eyes, it seems like the guys around you are all well endowed and you're not(in your mind, that is). A lot of the time, that's just it, you jump to hasty conclusions and become extremely self critical.

I can almost be certain you that the lot of guys you hang out with are probably self-conscious of other things, if not their dick size, so don't worry about it too much and just keep chugging through it.
